Snooze Logic – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Snooze Logic. We are dedicated to providing high-quality sleep and wellness accessories to help you optimize your rest. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

Please note: Order processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order and is separate from the actual transit/shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To bring you curated, high-demand wellness products at competitive prices, we source directly from global partners. Because of this, our products are shipped internationally and transit times may vary.

We offer clear, flat-rate shipping options calculated at checkout:

  • Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or global holidays), shipping carriers may experience delays, and delivery times may extend to 15 to 20 business days.

  • All delivery dates are estimates provided by our couriers and are not strictly guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has left the warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information is typically active and viewable within 48 hours of dispatch. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our carrier’s tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Snooze Logic is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please review your shipping address thoroughly before completing your purchase. Snooze Logic is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer at checkout.

If a package is returned to the warehouse as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Missing Deliveries

Snooze Logic is liable for your order up until it is handed over to the shipping carrier. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check your property, secure locations, and check with neighbors.

  2. Contact the local courier service directly using your tracking number to file a localized inquiry.

  3. If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier (never reaching "Delivered" status), please contact us at mail@snoozelogic.co.uk with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Multiple Item Orders

Because we partner with different specialized global manufacturers, items in a single order may sometimes be packaged separately and arrive at slightly different times. If one part of your order arrives before the rest, please do not worry—the remaining items are safely on their way.
